Miss Blessing will receive a $1000.00 scholarship to the school of her choice, either scholastic or vocational. If she does not choose to further her education, the money will be held in the fund for use in the future for other queens. If she has not graduated from high school, upon her graduation, she will have six (6) months in which to use her scholarship. In either case, the money will be paid directly to the school. The first runner-up contestant will receive a $600.00 scholarship award with the same stipulations applying as the winning queen. The second runner-up contestant will receive a $500.00 scholarship award with the same stipulations applying. The third runner-up will receive a $200.00 scholarship award with the same stipulations applying. Also the fourth runner applying will receive a $150.00 scholarship award with the same stipulations.
